1.1 Background of your research Hostel can be unsafe with a small number of cases that appear, even though most of the hostels are already well run and provide a safe environment. [Mallard, 2005] There is also a regulation that made under education ministry and all university or colleges have to follow that act. [Mallard, 2005] Nowadays, there are a lot of hostel being build because of the population of the students. Accommodations at University Malaysia Pahang now are a little bit unsystematic. This will make the UMP students feel uneasy especially the female students. Generally, we do the research at University Malaysia Pahang; we specified our research at KK3 only which mean girls at block C12, C13, C14 and C15. Students at this block are facing these problems than other girl’s students at KK1.
1.2 Research Objectives There are three research objectives which are:
to investigate the problems faced y the female students.
to investigate the effects to the female students.
To find the solutions how to overcome this problems.

Our research questions are:
1. Are the female students safety secure?
2. How about their privacy?
3. How long will the problem last?

Hostel is a place like a cheap hotel where people can stay when they are living away from home or a building where people who have no home can stay for a short time. Management is the control or organization. Systematic is done using a fixed plan or method.
