Chapter 3 3.1 Settings We didn’t specific the faculty or the courses but we do specifics the gender while doing this research, we specific this research only to the girl’s.The information that we required is the gender, age, year of study, courses and from which block. We also made an appointment with the JHEPA to do the interviews and search what the exact problems that occur. 3.2 Data Collections 3.2.1Procedures First of all, we distribute the questions to the respondent which is the students at block C12, C13, C14 and C15. We make it separately which is Hakimah distribute at and C15, Haslinda distribute at C12 and C13 and Amirah distribute at C14. After done it, we collect back the answer sheets and arrange the data and analyze the data that we have collect. After that, we make the conclusion based on the data. 3.2.2Instruments The instrument that we use is questionnaire’s survey and interview. The purpose use this method because want to research the problems. We use two types of questions which is close ended and open ended for this research and provide 7 questions for this research. 1.3Data Analysis After the data collected, we going to calculate the percentage based on the questions. We using a chart to show the differences and shows the percentage from our research.
